Payments:
We accept Paypal, personal check, postal money orders and credit cards through google checkout. At this time we are unable to accept credit card orders over the phone. All payments must be made in US dollars.
If payment is made by personal check shipment will be made after the check clears our bank - this can take up to 10 business days.
If payment is made by money order or personal check, your order will be held for two weeks. If we have not received your payment, or an email letting us know payment has been sent, the items will be returned to stock and the order will be cancelled.
Your order will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Domestic Shipping:
We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.
We offer First Class Mail (for orders up to 13 ounces), Priority Mail and Media Mail as shipping options. Media mail is by far the least expensive shipping method - but it can take 14 business days, or longer, for delivery. If you are in a hurry to receive your package, Media mail is not the shipping method to choose.
We can ship 3 CDs First Class - if you order 4 or more CDs they can ship Priority or Media mail.
We can ship 2 (two) 7 inch singles via First Class Mail - if you order 3 or more 7 inch singles they can ship Priority or Media mail.
All vinyl LPs will ship Media mail. Books will also ship Media mail. Orders combining books, records, or CDs will ship media mail.
You will be notified when your order ships and the shipping method used.
International Shipping:
We keep our shipping charges as low as possible. International orders up to 4 pounds will be shipped First Class International.
Orders weighing over 4 pounds will be shipped Priority Mail International. We recommend our international buyers email for a shipping quote.

Problems/Returns:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. If a return is necessary, you will be given return instructions at this time.
